How To Get Started

The process leading up to bariatric surgery varies depending on each person’s medical history and insurance requirements. But here are two steps to get you started on your surgical weight loss journey.

First Step

Watch our educational seminar. We have two options for you to choose from to best suit your needs. The first option is a live seminar at the clinic, which is held on the second Monday of each month at 5:30 pm.  The second option is to view the seminar online. We send you a link through email to view a pre-recorded seminar at your convenience. To get started, fill out the submission form below and select the educational seminar option that is best for you. You will receive an email from inforgeorgetown@pronexinc.com after submission of the form with either a link to start the online seminar or a confirmation of your registration for the live seminar.

Second Step

Fill out a new patient packet. After you have attended or watched the seminar, you will be emailed a link to fill out our new patient registration packet. Once we receive this packet from you, you are officially taking the first step to starting our bariatric program and we will call you to schedule your intake appointment.
